- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The staff here have a lot of patience, they are dealing constantly with college kids who are clueless about shipping policies and international students who speak no english..along with the local residents concerns as well. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Shipped 3 boxes from New Paltz to California, one made it after 3 weeks, was completely destroyed and repacked and re-labelled incorrectly, we only got it because we tracked the number to another office. The 2nd made it after 4 weeks. The 3rd was sent back to New Paltz, reboxed with someone else's stuff in it (A BAG OF DIRTY BOTTLECAPS) NEVER SHIP WITH THE POST OFFICE, USE UPS OR FEDEX.
